Honey Ginger Fruit Chat

Ingredients:

Mixed Fruits chopped                          1 bowl

(Pineapple, Apple, Pomegranate, Kiwifruit, Papaya)

Dry Fruit chopped                               ¼ cup

(Cashew Nut, Almond, Walnut)

For Dressing:

Honey                                                  1 tbsp

Ginger Juice                                        1 tbsp

Lemon Juice                                        of 1 Lemon

Sugar Powder                                     1 ts

Black Salt Powder                               1 ts

Black Pepper Powder                         ½ ts

Cumin Powder                        1 ts

Method:

Take all chopped Fruits in a bowl. Mix all chopped Dry Fruits with Fresh Fruits.

 

Take Honey in a small bowl. Add Ginger Juice, Lemon Juice, Sugar Powder, Black Salt Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Cumin Powder. Mix well.

 

Pour prepared Honey mixture on Fruits. Mix well.

 

Keep in fridge for 20-30 minutes.

 

Serve Chilled.
