Ghee 1 ts
Cumin Seeds 1 ts
Curry Leaves 8
Asafoetida Powder Pinch
Red Chilli Powder ½ ts
Turmeric Powder ¼ ts
Coriander-Cumin Powder ½ ts
Sugar 1 ts
Black-eyed Beans White boiled 1 cup
Green Gram Sprouts & Turkish Gram Sprouts 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Boil Black-eyed Beans with little excess water. Blend with the excess water.
Heat Ghee in a pan on low medium flame. Add Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida Powder and Curry Leaves. When spluttered, add blended Black-eyed Beans, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander-Cumin Powder, Sugar, Salt and Lemon Juice. Mix well. Add Green Gram Sprouts and Turkish Gram Sprouts. Boil it on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Add Fresh Coriander Leaves.
