Wheat Flour 1 cup
Refined White Wheat Flour (Maida) 1 cup
Semolina ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Chilli Flakes 1 ts
Oregano 1 ts
Black Sesame Seeds 1 ts
Curd 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Take Wheat Flour, Refined White Wheat Flour and Semolina in kneading bowl. Mix well. Add Oil and mix well. Add Salt, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Black Sesame Seeds. Mix well. Add Curd. Knead semi soft dough adding water slowly as needed. Leave it for approx 10-15 minutes.
Make number of small balls of dough. Roll Puri (small flat bread) from each ball. Use oil on the surface of rolling board for easy rolling. Use plain paper to keep rolled Puri. On stainless steel or glass plate, Puri may stick on the surface which may cause damage to Puri when you pick.
Deep fry all Puri in Oil on low-medium flame to light redish. Once, Turn over Puri in Oil while deep frying to get Puri fried both sides properly.
