Refined White Wheat Flour 1 ½ cup
Curd 1 cup
Sugar Powder ¾ cup
Soda-bi-Carb ½ ts
Baking Powder 1 ¼ ts
Ghee ½ cup
Choco Powder 3 tbsp
Vanilla Essence ½ ts
Chocolate Sauce and Walnut for Garnishing
Take Refined White Wheat Flour in a bowl. Add Curd, Sugar Powder, Soda-bi-Carb, Baking Powder, Ghee, Choco Powder and Vanilla Essence. Whisk well to prepare batter.
Fill the prepared batter in greased moulds. Cover all filled moulds with aluminum foil.
Steam all prepared moulds for 20 minutes.
Remove all Cup Cakes from moulds and arrange on a serving plate.
Spread Chocolate Sauce on each Cup Cake and put pieces of Walnut on each to make them looking mouth watering.
