Fresh Cream 1 cup
Condensed Milk 1 cup
Vanilla 1 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Sugar to taste
Take Fresh Cream, Condensed Milk and Vanilla in a pan and boil on medium flame. When boiled, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 10-15 minutes to get flavoured.
Mix Corn Flour with Milk and mix with Cream mixture. Boil on medium flame. When it becomes little thick, remove it in a big cup. Steam it in oven for 20 minutes at 200°F.
Let it cool down to normal temperature.
Add Sugar on the top of the Brulee and caramelize with kitchen torch. Take care not to burn sugar to blackish.
Serve Fresh at normal temperature.
