Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower Rice

Prep.20 min., Cooking time 5 min., for 2 Persons

Ingredients:

Rice boiled                                          1 cup

Cauliflower grated                               1 cup

Oil                                                        1 ts

Ginger, Green Chilli, Garlic                 2 tbsp

(finely chopped)

Capsicum finely chopped                    2 tbsp

Black Pepper Powder                         Pinch

Fresh Coriander Leaves

Salt to taste

Method:

Heat Oil in a pan on low flame. Add finely chopped Ginger, Green Chilli and Garlic. When fried, add finely chopped Capsicum and grated Cauliflower. Mix well on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Add Black Pepper Powder, Salt and boiled Rice. Mix well on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle Fresh Coriander Leaves.

 

Serve with  Fresh and Hot.
