Wheat Flour ½ cup
Gram Four ½ cup
Millet Flour ¼ cup
Sorghum Flour ¼ cup
Semolina ¼ cup
Fresh Fenugreek Leaves 1 cup
Ginger-Garlic-Chilli Paste 1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 ts
Red Chilli Powder 1 ts
Ghee 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for Deep Frying
In a kneading bowl, take Wheat Flour, Gram Flour, Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour and Semolina. Mix well. Add Fresh Fenugreek Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. Mix well. Add Ghee and Oil. Mix well. Add Ginger-Garlic-Chilli Paste and Curd. Knead semi soft dough. Add Curd water if needed to prepare dough.
Make number of small balls fro dough and tap to shape small flat breads from balls.
Deep Fry all rolled small flat breads.
Serve with Plain Curd or Spiced Curd or Pickle of choice.
