Ingredients:
For Pie Base:
Fast Diet Flour 1 cup
Butter 50 gm
Sugar Powder 1 tbsp
Salt Pinch
For Stuffing:
Butter 1 tbsp
Sweet Potato boiled and mashed 1
Cream 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt Pinch
Black Pepper Powder Pinch
Cheese for topping (optional )
Fresh Black Pepper (Green Black Pepper)
Method:
For Pie Base:
Mix Fast Diet Flour, Butter, Sugar Powder and Salt in a kneading bowl. Knead semi soft dough. Add very little water, may be approx 1 tbsp, if needed while kneading dough.
Roll thick big chapatti from the dough. Set it in a Pie mould. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180°.
For Stuffing:
Heat Butter in a pan on low flame. Add boiled and mashed Sweet Potato. Fry it for 2-3 minutes while stirring to avoid sticking on the bottom of the pan. Add Cream, Sugar, Salt and Black Pepper Powder. Mix well on low flame for 3-4 minutes. No water please.
For making Pie:
Fill Pie Base with prepared Stuffing. Sprinkle Cheese and Fresh Black Pepper.
Bake again for 10 minutes at 120°.
Serve Direct from the Oven.
