Oil to fry As per the size of the pan to deep fry
Butter 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Chilli chopped 2 pcs.
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 ts
Salt to taste
Turmeric Powder Pinch
Fresh Coriander Leaves
Chop potatoes in slices. Deep fry in oil.
Heat the butter in a pan. Put fried Potato slices in the butter. Add Cumin Seeds and chopped Chilli and mix well at low flame..
Add Cumin Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt and Turmeric Powder and mix well at low flame.
Sprinkle Lemon Juice and Fresh Coriander Leaves and serve fresh.
