Spicy Paneer Wrap – Spicy Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients:

For Wrap:

Whole Wheat Flour                             1 cup

White Sorghum Four                           1 cup

Oil                                                        1 ts

Salt to taste

For Stuffing:

Oil                                                        1 ts

Butter                                                  1 tbsp

Ginger-Garlic-Chilli Paste                   1 tbsp

Onion chopped                                    1

Tomato Puree                                     ½ cup

Cottage Cheese small cubes              100 gm

Red Chilli Powder                               1 ts

Garam Masala                        ½ ts

Salt to taste

For Salad:

Cabbage chopped or grated               ½ cup

Capsicum small chopped                    ½

Onion small chopped                          1

Mayonnaise Sauce                             3 tbsp

Black Pepper Powder                         ½ ts

Chilli Flakes                                         ½ ts

Oregano                                              ½ ts

Cheese grated                        1 tbsp

Method:

For Wrap:

Take Whole Wheat Flour and White Sorghum Flour in a kneading bowl. Add Oil and Salt. Mix well. Knead dough adding water slowly as needed.

 

Prepare small balls from dough. Roll thin chapatti from all balls. Roast partially all Chapatti.

For Stuffing:

Heat Oil and Butter on low flame in a pan. Add Ginger-Garlic-Chilli Paste and chopped Onion. Sauté quickly. Add Tomato Puree and Cottage Cheese cubes. Add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala and Salt. Mix well on low flame for 2-3 minutes only. No water please.

 

Take all ingredients for Salad in bowl except Cheese. Mix well.

 

Take one Chapatti. Depending on the size of Chapatti, put 1 or 2 tbsp of Salad and 1 or 2 tbsp of Cottage Cheese Stuffing in the middle of the Chapatti. Sprinkle little grated Cheese on it. Fold the Chapatti to prepare the Wrap. Repeat to prepare all Wrap.

 

Grill all Wrap as you like whether soft or crunchy but take care of not burning to blackish.

 

Serve with any home made Chutney or Ketchup. Better taste with Hot and Sweet Sauce.
