Spinach in Hot Garlic Sauce

Prep.5 min., Cooking time 10 min., for 2 Persons

Ingredients:

Oil                                                        1 ts

Ginger finely chopped                         1 tbsp

Green Chilli finely chopped                 1 ts

Garlic finely chopped                          1 ts

Onion diced cut                                   1

Capsicum diced cup                            1

Ajinomoto                                            Pinch

(Monosodium Glutamate-MSG)

Salt to taste

Chilli Sauce                                         1 ts

Black Pepper Powder                         1 ts

Spinach Puree                                    1 cup

Corn Flour Slurry                                 2 tbsp

Method:

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Ginger, Green Chilli, Garlic, Onion, Capsicum and Ajinomoto. Stir slowly to avoid burning of any ingredient. When Onion and Capsicum are stir fried, add Chilli Sauce and Black Pepper Powder. Mix well. Add Spinach Puree, Corn Flour Slurry and Salt. Mix well on high flame for 3-4 minutes.

 

Serve Hot with Chapatti and Rice.
