For dough :
Refined White Wheat Flour (Maida) 1 cup
Sesame Seeds 1 ts
Ghee 2 tbsp
Rose Petal Jam 1 tbsp
Cashew Nut Powder ¼ cup
Pistachio Nuts chopped 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Ghee to fry
Sugar Powder for Coating
Take Refined White Wheat Flour in a kneading bowl. Add Sesame Seeds and Ghee. Add water slowly as needed. Knead semi soft dough. Leave it to rest.
Take Sugar in a Pan. Add little water. Stir it to melt Sugar. Mix Rose Petal Jam, Cashew Nut Powder and Pistachio Nut. Cook it on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Remove the pan from flame. Mix Saffron well. Leave to cool down. When cooled, make number of rolls of this mixture.
Roll number of Roti (Chapatti) from dough. Cut Roti in Strip. Apply little Ghee and sprinkle Sugar Powder on Roti Strip. Put a roll of Cashew Nut mixture on Roti Strip and roll the Strip wrapping the Cashew Nut Mixture roll inside and seal both sides of rolled Rotu Stip.
Heat Ghee in pan to Deep Fry on low flame. Deep Fry all rolls to light brownish.
Roll over fried rolls in Sugar Powder to Coat them.
Leave to cool down for 15-20 minutes.
Offer to the God.
