Suran ni Suki Bhaji – Yam Curry Dry

Prep.5 min., Cooking time 10 min., for 2 Persons

Ingredients:

Ghee                                       1 tbsp

Cumin Seeds                          ½ ts

Curry Leaves                           10

Sesame Seeds                        1 ts

Green Chilli chopped              2

Yam boiled and chopped        1 cup
Salt

Black Pepper Powder

Peanuts Powder thick             1 tbsp

Dry Coconut Powder               1 tbsp

Fresh Coriander Leaves

Pomegranate Granules

 

Method:

Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Green Chilli. When popped, add boiled and chopped Yam, Salt and Black Pepper Powder and mix well slowly taking care not to crush Yam. Mix Peanuts Powder and Dry Coconut Powder. Remove from the flame.

 

Garnishing with Fresh Coriander Leaves and Pomegranate Granules will show off attractive contrast of Green and Red.

 

Serve hot.
