Bajri Porridge – Millet Porridge

Ingredients:

Millet boiled                                         ½ cup

Milk                                                      1 cup

Sugar                                                  1 tbsp

Honey                                                  1 ts

Raisin                                                  1 tbsp

Prunes                                                 3

Apple very small pieces                      ¼

Apricot very small pieces                   2

 

Method:

Boil milk in a sauce pan. Add boiled Millet, Sugar, Honey. Boil on low flame while stirring slowly. Add Raisin, Prunes and Apricot. Continue boiling and stirring for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan from flame.

 

Leave it to cool down. Add pieces of Apple.

 

Serve at normal temperature or refrigerated.
