Prep.5 min., Cooking time 10 min., Yield 5 Laddu
Ghee 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Mix Dry Fruits 2 tbsp
Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
Poppy Seeds for coating.
Soak Fig in water for approx 30 minutes then chop.
Prepare Date paste crushing it in grinder.
Heat Ghee in a Pan on low flame. Add Poppy Seeds. When popped, add chopped Fig, Date Paste and Mix Dry Fruits. Mix well. Add Coconut Powder. Mix well.
Leave it to cool down for approx 15 minutes.
Prepare balls of the size of your choice.
Coat all ball with Poppy Seeds. (Alternatively, it can be coated with Coconut Powder.)
Serve normal temperature. These can be preserved without refrigeration for 10-15 days depending on weather.
