Heat Oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Curry Leaves. When spluttered, add Ginger-Chilli Paste, Onion and stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add skinned and split Black Beans, Green Peas, grated Potato and chopped Tomato. Mix well. Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Sugar and Salt. Mix well and continue cooking on low-medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Add Semolina and approx 1 ½ cup of water. Continue cooking until Semolina is cooked to soft texture. Remove the pan from the flame. Add Lemon Juice and Fresh Coriander Leaves and mix well.

Leave mixture to cool down. Then, make number of balls from the mixture. One by one, dip all the balls in water and coat with Refined White Wheat Flour. Deep fry all balls and turn over slowly occasionally to fry balls all around until they get light brownish colour. Remove from oil.
