Assorted Baby Potatoes

Ingredients:

Baby Potatoes boiled                                      32

Oil to Fry

For Indigenous Baby Potatoes:

Red Chilli Powder                                           1 ts

Kitchenking Masala                                         1 ts

Fennel Seed Powder                                      1 ts

Cardamom Powder                                         Pinch

Nutmeg Powder                                              Pinch

Mango Powder (Aamchur)                              1 ts

Black Salt Powder                                           ½ ts

For Lebanese Baby Potatoes:

Za’atar  Spice Blend                                        1 tbsp

Black Salt Powder to taste

Black Sesame Seeds                                      1 tbsp

For Tomatomayo Baby Potatoes:

Mayonnaise                                                     2 tbsp

Tomato Ketchup                                              1 tbsp

Chilli Flakes                                                     1 ts

Oregano                                                          1 ts

For Cheesy Garlic Baby Potatoes:

Butter                                                              1 ts

Spring Garlic small chopped                           2 tbsp

Chilli Flakes                                                     1 ts

Salt to taste

Oregano                                                          1 ts

Cheese grated                                    1 ts

Method:

Deep fry all boiled Baby Potatoes.

 

For Indigenous Baby Potatoes:

Take all ingredients for Indigenous Baby Potatoes in a bowl. Mix well. Simply, No Water, No cooking. Take 8 Baby Potatoes and put in this bowl and slowly roll over all Potatoes in the mixture to make sure to make a layer of mixture on all Potatoes. Take care not to crush or break any Potato.

 

For Lebanese Baby Potatoes:

Take all ingredients for Lebanese Baby Potatoes in another bowl. Mix well. Again, No Water, No cooking. Take 8 Baby Potatoes and put in this bowl and slowly roll over all Potatoes in the mixture to make sure to make a layer of mixture on all Potatoes. Take care not to crush or break any Potato.

 

For Tomatomayo Baby Potatoes:

Take all ingredients for Toamtomayo Baby Potatoes in another bowl. Mix well. Once again, No Water, No cooking. Take 8 Baby Potatoes and put in this bowl and slowly roll over all Potatoes in the mixture to make sure to make a layer of mixture on all Potatoes. Take care not to crush or break any Potato.

 

For Cheesy Garlic Baby Potatoes:

Heat Butter on low flame in another bowl. Add Spring Garlic. When fried, add 8 Baby Potatoes. Add Chilli Flakes, Salt and Oregano. Roll over all Potatoes slowly to make sure to get them coated. Take care not to crush or break any Potato. Remove the pan from flame. Sprinkle grated Cheese.

 

Arrange all four varieties of Baby Potato in separate serving dish.
