Cheese- ling Bhel

Spring Onion copped              1

(include some leaves)

Capsicum chopped                 ½

Olives chopped                       5

Jalapeno chopped                  1 tbsp

Fresh Coriander Leaves         1 tbsp

Fresh Mint Leaves                  ½ ts

Chat Masala                            1 ts

Tomato chopped                     1

Tomato Ketchup                     1 tbsp

Cheese cubes                         2

Cheeseling Biscuits                 ½ cup

Fresh Coriander Leave and Pomegranate granules for garnishing



Take chopped Spring Onion in a bowl.

Add chopped Capsicum, Olives, Jalapeno, Fresh Coriander Leaves, Fresh Mint Leaves and Chat Masala. Mix well.

Add Tomato Ketchup, chopped Tomato and mix well.

Add Cheese cubes and mix well.

Add Cheeseling Biscuits and mix well.

Take prepared mixture in a serving bowl.

Sprinkle some Fresh Coriander Leaves and Pomegranate Granules.

Serve immediately after mixing to enjoy freshness of ingredients.
