Multigrain Masala Bhakhri – Multigrain Spiced Bhakri

Prep.5 min., Cooking time 15 min., Yield 7 pcs.


Wheat Flour                                        ½ cup

Millet Flour                                          ¼ cup

Sorghum Flour                                    ¼ cup

Maize Flour                                         ¼ cup

Gram Flour                                          ¼ cup

Semolina                                             ¼ cup

Fresh Fenugreek Leaves                    ½ cup

Sesame Seeds                                    1 tbsp

Turmeric Powder                                 ½ ts

Red Chilli Powder                               ½ ts

Salt                                                      1 ts

Ginger-Chilli Paste                              1 tbsp

Ghee                                                   1 tbsp

Oil                                                        2 tbsp

Curd                                                    2 tbsp


Take Wheat Flour, Millet Flour, Sorghum Flour, Maize Flour, Gram Flour and Semolina all together in a kneading bowl. Mix well. Add Fresh Fenugreek Leaves, Sesame Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Salt. Mix well. Add Ginger-Chilli Paste, Ghee, Oil and Curd. Mix well. Knead stiff dough adding water slowly as needed.


Make number of balls of dough. Using dough balls, roll thick chapatti. Roast them on a roasting pan on low-medium flame.


Serve Hot with Plain Curd or Raita of your choice.


Enjoy Simple and Tasteful Bhakri in Breakfast or Dinner.


Also put in lunchbox for your naughty baby going to school.
