Italian Butter Beans Salad

Italian Butter Beans Salad

Prep.10 min., Cooking time 5 min., for 2 Persons


Butter Beans (Field Beans) boiled                              1 cup

Tomato Puree                                                             ½ cup

Vinegar                                                                        1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Olive Oil                                                                      1 tbsp

Onion small chopped                                                  1

Garlic small chopped                                                  1 ts

Fresh Coriander Stem crushed                                   1 tbsp

Fresh Red Chilli chopped                                            1

Tomato small chopped                                                1

Italian Seasoning                                                        1 ts

Tabasco Sauce                                                           ½ ts

Ketchup                                                                       ½ ts


In a bowl, mix boiled Butter Beans, Tomato Puree, Vinegar, Salt and Olive Oil. Leave it for 10-15 minutes.


Heat oil in a pan on low flame. Add Onion, Garlic, Fresh Coriander Stem and chopped Fresh Red Chilli. Mix and cook for approx 1 minute. Add Tomato and Italian Seasoning. Continue cooking while mixing slowly for another 1-2 minutes.


Add this stuff with mixture of Butter Beans and mix well.


Decorate the cooked salad with pouring Tabasco Sauce and Ketchup.


Serve hot.


Enjoy Cooked and Saucy Salad.
