Ingredients:
Fresh Dates Fruit 250 gm
For Stuffing:
Cottage Cheese 100 gm
Ginger-Chilli Paste 1 ts
Peanut Powder 1 tbsp
Fennel Seed Powder 1 ts
Garam Masala ½ ts
Milk Powder 1 tbsp
Sugar ½ ts
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Tempering:
Oil 1 ts
Cumin Seeds 1 ts
For Garnishing:
Cottage Cheese grates 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Method:
Put a Cut on Fresh Dates Fruits and remove seeds from inside.
Take all ingredients for Stuffing in a bowl and mix well to prepare Stuffing.
Fill each piece of Fresh Dates Fruits with prepared Stuffing.
Heat oil in a pan low flame. Add Cumin Seeds. When spluttered, add all Stuffed Fresh Dates Fruit pieces. Add little water. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook it on medium flame until Fruit softens.
Garnish with grated Cottage Cheese and Fresh Coriander Leaves.
Serve Fresh and Hot.
