Mixed Sauce Pasta

For White Sauce:

Butter                                                              1 tbsp

Garlic chopped                                                1 ts

Refined White Wheat Flour (Maida)                1 tbsp

Milk                                                                  1 cup


Black Pepper Powder                                     Pinch

Cream                                                             1 tbsp

For Red Sauce:

Butter                                                              1 tbsp

Oil                                                                    1 ts

Garlic chopped                                                1 ts

Onion chopped                                                1

Tomato chopped                                             1

Tomato Puree                                                 ½ cup


Mixed Herbs                                                    2 ts

Chilli Flakes                                                     1 ts

Black Pepper Powder                                     ½ ts

For Pasta:

Butter                                                              2 tbsp

Baby Corn                                                       ½ cup

Capsicum chopped in 8 pcs.                           1

Pasta boiled                                                    1 cup

Oregano                                                          Pinch

Chilli Flakes                                                     ½ ts

Salt to taste

For Garnishing: Cheese, Olives


For White Sauce:

Heat butter in a pan on low flame. Add Garlic and Refined White Wheat Four. Stir with flat edged cooking spoon to light brownish. Add Milk and mix well on medium flame. Take care it doesn’t form lumps or clots. When mixture becomes little thick, add Black Pepper Powder, Salt and Cream. Mix well on the medium flame for 1-2 minutes.


For Red Sauce:

Heat Butter and Oil in a pan on low flame. Add garlic and let it be light brownish. Add Onion and cook to soften. Add Tomato and cook to soften. Add Tomato Puree, Salt, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes and Black Pepper Powder. Continue cooking on low medium flame and stirring for 1-2 minutes until it becomes thick.


For Pasta:

Heat Butter in a pan. Add Baby Corn, Capsicum, Oregano, Chilli Flakes and Salt. Cook on low flame while mixing well for 2-3 minutes only. Add boiled Pasta. Continue cooking on low flame for 1-2 minutes while mixing and turning over the stuff slowly taking care of not crushing Pasta. Add White Sauce and Red Sauce. Leave it on low flame while mixing well for 2-3 minutes.


Garnish with grated Cheese and Olives. Serve immediately.
