Almonds                                              ¼ cup

Sugar                                                  ¼ cup

Protein Powder                                   3 tbsp

Hazelnut Paste                                    1 tbsp

Almond flakes and Hazelnut Flakes for garnishing.

Method:

For Protein Powder:

Pre-heat a non-stick pan on low flame. Pour Soya Beans and Whole Wheat granules and roast to brownish. When roasted to brownish, add Skinned and Split roasted Gram, Cashew Nuts and Almonds. Continue roasting on low flame while stirring slowly taking care of not burning any stuff to black.  When roasted, remove the pan from the flame and spread on an open plate or a dry cloth and leave for few minutes to cool down.

Then, Take the cooled down mixture in a dry grinding jar of your mixer. Add Sugar. Grind it to very fine powder. Remove the ground powder in a bowl.

Add Coco Powder and Drinking Chocolate. Mix well.

Protein Powder is ready. It can be stored to use anytime later.

For Milk Shake:

Take Milk in a pan. Put the pan on medium flame. When Milk is little hot, add Sugar and 3 tbsp of prepared Protein Powder. When boiled well, remove the pan from the flame and leave it to be lukewarm. Add Hazelnut Paste and blend it with handy blender.

Take this Milk in a serving glass.

Garnish with sprinkle of Almond Flakes and Hazelnut Flakes.
