Sabudana (Tapioca / Sago) 1 cup
Potato boiled 1
Ground Nuts ground 2 tbsp
Green chilli chopped 1
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 ts
Sugar 1 ts
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Chatni or Sauce or Ketchup for serving.
Soak Sago in water for 30 minutes, then strain to remove excess water.
Add boiled potato, Ground Nut ground, Green chilli, Fresh Coriander Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Salt and knead it to make a stiff dough.
Roll it like a thick chapatti and poke a hole in the middle to avoid bubbles while roasting.
Heat the pan on medium flame. (Non-Stick Pan is advisible for easy cooking). Take a little oil on heated pan. Put rolled Thalipeeth on the pan and fry it little like partly cooked and turn it over and apply / brush the oil on top. Turn it over again and apply / brush oil on top. Turn it over again. When cooked well. Remove in from the pan.
Serve hot with chatni, sauce, ketchup, curd, pickle as per taste.
