Granola Bars

 

Ingredients:

Sugar                          ¼ cup

Honey                          ¼ cup

Butter                          1 tbsp

Oats                            1 cup

Almonds                      ¼ cup

Walnuts                       ¼ cup

Peanuts                       ¼ cup

Dry Coconut Shred     ¼ cup

Sunflower Seeds         1 tbsp

Pumpkin Seeds           1 tbsp

 

Method:

Pre-heat a non-stick pan on low flame. One by one, separately, roast Oats, Almonds, Walnuts, Peanuts and Dry Coconut Shred. Take care of not burning to blackish.

 

Pre-heat a non-stick pan on low flame. Add Butter, Sugar and Honey. When Sugar is melted and thickened little bit, switch of the flame and add all roasted ingredients. Mix very well.

 

Set silver foil on a baking dish. Set prepared mixture. Press the mixture on a baking dish with flat cooking spoon to level the surface.

 

Pre-heat the oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 150°.

 

Leave it for 15-20 minutes to cool down.

 

Cut pieces of size and shape of choice.

 

Serve fresh or store to enjoy anytime later.
