Potato boiled and mashed 2
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 ts
Onion chopped 1
Turmeric Powder ½ ts
Red Chilli Powder 1 ts
Garam Masala 1 ts
Fresh Coriander Leaves ½ cup
Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
Salt to taste
Butter for roasting
Toothpicks for assembling.
Heat Butter in a pan on low flame. Add Garlic Paste and chopped Onion. Stir and sauté. Add boiled and mashed Potato, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Salt and mix well. Add 1tbsp of Tomato Ketchup and mix well. Add ½ tbsp of Fresh Coriander Leaves and mix well. Remove the pan from the flame. Keep it a side.
Pre-heat flat roasting pan. Put one Roti on pre-heated flat roasted pan. Apply Tomato Ketchup on it. Make a thin layer of prepared Potato mixture on it. Put another Roti on it to cover.
Apply Butter on the upper side and turn it over to roast. Apply butter on upper side and turn it over to roast. Roast both sides crispy on low flame. When roasted, remove from the pan and put it on a plate.
Cut in square pieces. Insert toothpick in each pieces. Dip each piece in Tomato Ketchup. Coat with Fresh Coriander Leaves.
