Milk 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Powder Sugar 1 cup
Milk Powder 1 cup
Flour for Fasting 2 cup
Baking Powder 1 ts
Baking Soda ¼ ts
Cashew Nuts and Raisins for garnishing
In a bowl, take Milk, Ghee and Curd. Whisk very well. Add Powder Sugar and whisk well again. Add Baking Powder and Baking Soda and whisk well again. Add Milk Powder and whisk well again. Then add little Flour for Fasting and mix well, slowly, keep adding little Flour for Fasting and mix well again and again until all Flour for Fasting is mixed. Please don’t try to add all Flour for Fasting and mix at once. Batter will be ready.
Grease number of Muffins Mould and dust with Flour for Fasting. Fill all moulds with prepared batter. Garnish with Cashew Nuts and Raisins.
Preheat the oven. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
Unmould all Muffins.
