Beetroot Raita

Prep.5 min., for 2 Persons


Beetroot small chopped          1

Curd                                        1 cup

Fresh Mint Leaves                  1 tbsp

Capsicum                                1 tbsp

Fresh Coriander Leaves         1 tbsp

Sugar Powder                         1 tbsp

Cumin Powder            1 ts

Black Pepper Powder             1 ts

Black Salt Powder                   Pinch

Salt to taste

Pomegranate granules            2 tbsp



Blend chopped Beetroot in a blender. Remove blended Beetroot from the blender jar. Pulp is ready.


In another bowl, take curd. Add Beetroot pulp and mix well. Add all other ingredients except Pomegranate granules and mix well.


Garnish with Pomegranate granules. Additional garnishing can be sprinkle of Black Pepper Powder, and 2-3 leaves of Fresh Mint and few leaves of Fresh Coriander Leave.


Serve fresh or refrigerated.


Enjoy Radish Raita with any meal anytime.
