Yield 12 Biscuits
Whole Wheat Flour ½ cup
Oats Powder ¼ cup
Butter frozen ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Sugar Powder 2 tbsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Green Chilli chopped 1
Curry Leaves fine chopped 1 ts
Black Pepper Powder ½ ts
Milk as needed
Plastic sheet to roll on it
Grate or beat frozen Butter in a mixing bowl.
Add all other listed ingredients except Milk and mix well.
Knead stiff dough adding Milk as needed.
Spread a plastic sheet.
Make a ball of prepared dough and put it on plastic sheet. Roll it well to little thick.
Cut it with a cookie cutter in pieces of size and shape of your choice.
Arrange pieces on a baking tray.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180° in pre-heated oven.
After baking, leave them to cool off to room temperature.
Taste at its best with mild Coffee or plain Milk.
