Lemon-Ginger Tea

Lemongrass                                        3 tbsp

Basil Holy Leaves  (Tulshi)                  10

Fresh Mint Leaves                              20

Carom Leaves  (Ajmo)                          2

Ginger grated                                      ½ tbsp

Black Salt Powder                               1 ts

Black Pepper Powder                         1 ts

Lemon Juice                                        1 ts

Water                                                  1 glass


Take 1 glass of Water in a saucepan. Put it on flame to boil. When Water becomes hot, add Lemongrass, Basil Holy Leaves, Fresh Mint Leaves, Carom Leaves and Ginger. Boil it well. When boiled, add Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder and Lemon Juice. Mix well. Filter it with a strainer.


Fill in a glass. Garnish with 2-3 leaves of Basil Holy.


Serve Fresh and Hot.


Chase away the chill of Winter. Also Good when suffering from Flu and Cough.
