Dahi Tikhari

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 2 minutes

For 4 Persons



Garlic ¼ cup

Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp

Coriander-Cumin Powder 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil 1 ts

Asafoetida Powder ½ ts

Curd 3 tbsp

Green Chiili finely chopped 1

Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped 1 tbsp



In a wet grinding jar of mixer, take Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander-Cumin Powder, Salt and crush to fine paste.


Heat Oil in a pan. Add Asafoetida Powder and finely chopped Green Chilli. When sautéed, add prepared Garlic Chutney and sauté.


Add Curd and mix well. Remove the pan from flame.


Remove it in a serving bowl.


Sprinkle Fresh Coriander Leaves.


Serve with Rotla.


It tastes better with Rotla made before 6-8 hours.
