Ingredients:
Bitter Gourd peeled and chopped 2
Cucumber peeled and chopped 1
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 cup
Fresh Mint Leaves 15-20 leaves
Lemon Juice of 1 lemon
Black Salt to taste
Ice Cubes 5-7
Fresh Coriander Leaves and 1-2 Fresh Mint Leaves for garnishing.
Method:
Take peeled and chopped Bitter Gourd and Cucumber in a blending jar of mixer. Add Fresh Coriander Leaves and Fresh Mint Leaves. Add 1 cup of water. Add Black Salt. Blend it until all content is crushed very well.
Take 4-5 Ice Cubes in a serving glass. Add Lemon Juice.
Strain and pour the Juice from the blending jar in the serving glass.
Add 2-3 Ice Cubes.
Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves and 1-2 Fresh Mint Leaves.
