Garlic Breads for serving
Heat Oil in a pan.
Add Black Pepper, Whole Coriander, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon 1 pc, Big Cardamom and Clove Buds and sauté well.
Add chopped Onion, Garlic, Carrots, Tomato and Ginger Paste. Mix well.
Add littler water and Salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium flame until Tomatoes are cooked well.
Add chopped Fresh Coriander Stalks and Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste. Mix well.
Add 1 glass of Water and let it boil on medium flame for a while.
Strain the mixture and collect Spiced Water in a bowl. Keep it a side.
Heat Butter in a pan on low flame.
Add 1 pc of Cinnamon.
When spluttered, add Spiced Water and Clove-Cinnamon Powder. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Serve Hot and Fresh with Garlic Breads.
Spice Up with Spicy and Healthy Tomato-Coriander Shorba.

Soda-bi-Carb ½ ts
Ice Cubes 5-6
Cardamom granules of 2 cardamom
Star Anise 1
Cinnamon 1 small piece
Milk 1 cup
Sugar Powder 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds Powder ½ ts
Almond and Pistachio for garnishing
Take 1 cup of Water in a pan and put it for boiling. Add Kashmiri Green Tea while boiling. When boiled, add Soda-bi-Carb and continue boiling while stirring for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame.
Add Ice Cubes. Switch on the flame again to boil it again. Add Cardamom granules, Star Anise and Cinnamon while boiling. When boiled very well, strain it and put strained water again for boiling. Add 1 cup of Milk while boiling and boil it repeatedly 5-7 times while stirring to prevent boil over.
Strain it in a cup or glass.
Add Sugar Powder, Fennel Seeds Powder and Salt. Stir it to mix well.
Take it in a serving cup of glass.
Sprinkle Almond and Pistachio pieces to garnish.
Have a Cup of Kashmiri Pink Tea and make Pink Cold of Winter Joyful.

Take 1 cup of Drinking Water in a pan.
Put the pan with Water on medium flame.
When Water is boiled well, switch off flame.
Add Green Tea in boiled hot water.
Cover the pan with a lid and leave it for 2 minutes.
Squeeze ½ Lemon and take juice in a serving cup.
Add Honey in Lemon juice in a serving cup.
Add prepared Green Tea water from the pan to fill the cup.

Gooseberry crush 1 tbsp
Star Anise Powder 1 ts
Ginger 1 small piece
Black Salt Powder Pinch
Honey 1 tbsp
Ice crushed 1 cup
In a wet grinding jar of your mixer, take chopped Gooseberry, Gooseberry crush, Star Anise Powder and Ginger. Crush it very well and filter the liquid in the mixture. Add Black Salt Powder and Honey and mix well.
Fill the shot glass with crushed Ice up to ¾. Fill the glass to full with the prepared Gooseberry-Honey mixture.
Confront Sunstroke of Summer with a Shot of Gooseberry and Honey.

Add 2 glasses of drinking water.

Summer Drink…Sattu ka Sarbat…

Tamarind Pulp ¼ cup
Sugar ¼ cup
Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
Fresh Mint Leaves 10 leaves
Black Salt Powder ½ ts
Cumin Powder ½ ts
Orange Juice 1 cup
Aerated Water 1 glass
(Sparkling Water Or Soda Water)
Ice Cubes 8-10
Take Tamarind Pulp in a pan. Add Sugar and put pan on low-medium flame. Stir it occasionally. When Sugar is melted, remove the pan from flame and leave it to cool down.
Then, take it in a muddle bowl. Add Fresh Coriander Leaves, Fresh Mint Leaves, Black Salt Powder and Cumin Powder. Muddle it very well.
Then, take this well muddled stuff in a serving glass. Add 4-5 Ice Cubes. Pour Orange Juice to fill the glass up to ¾ and fill the glass to full with Aerated Water and 4-5 Ice Cubes.

Condensed Milk 2 tbsp

Rose Syrup and Rose Petals for garnishing
In a blending jar of your mixer, take boiled Sweet Potato, Hung Curd, Condensed Milk, Cream and Cardamom Powder. Blend it very well to very fine texture.
In a serving glass, take 1 tbsp of Rose Syrup. Fill the glass with prepared Smoothie. Put some Rose Petals on the top.
